My husband and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Stephen Simone. From start to finish, Steve is nothing short of amazing. This is the second home that Steve has helped us obtain a mortgage for and not only is he knowledgable and kind, but most importantly he is patient and understanding. I have been using the term "old school" lately with many businesses. My husband and I are in our 30's-40's and I always complain that we don't get good customer service anymore, we are always speaking to a robot or an assistant. NOT with Steve! How many businesses do you get to speak to the professional directly?! That is huge when it comes to trusting someone with one of life's biggest purchases. We always were able to get a hold of Steve via telephone or email. Every question was answered immediately, by Steve himself. He went above and beyond for my family and that is with no strings attached. When some other people involved told me things were impossible, Steve made it more then possible. I cannot rave enough about it. I wish there were more business professionals out there like Steve Simone. Thanks Steve for always looking out for my family and having our best interest at heart.
We honestly do not know what we would have done without Stephen's guidance, experience and support during the process of buying our home. We were from out of state, and had a limited opportunity to get all that was needed in a timely matter. I really can't say enough about his attention to detail and concern for his client's satisfaction. I won't have to think twice if I'm ever in need of a mortgage professional again. Stephen helped from the beginning of the process (getting information about credit scores and such) to closing on our property. He was with us every step of the way and incredibly kind and professional. We always felt we had a person in our corner looking out for our best interest as first time home buyers.
Stephen was recommended by our agent, and we really liked working with him. It was our first time buying a house and signing up for a mortgage. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He always called us back quickly, even late at night and explained everything thoroughly whenever we had questions. We are very happy with the loan we got, and would definitely recommend him if you are looking for loan.
